Inspector Notes

An unannounced "Code of Virginia Section 63.2-1716" compliance monitoring inspection was conducted on February 7, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. 106 children, infants through 5 years, were under the care and supervision of 20 staff. Children were observed participating in circle time, group/individual activities, crafts, taking walks outside and morning snack. Infants were observed resting and having playtime. Center documents, 10 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
