Inspector Notes

An unannounced "Code of Virginia Section 63.2-1716" compliance monitoring inspection was conducted on May 12, 2023 and 12:30pm, 76 children, infants to 5yrs, were under the care and supervision of 16 staff. Children were observed participating in lessons, playing at centers, having dance and music time, having playtime in the playroom. Infants were observed resting and interacting with staff and their environment. Center documents, 10 children?s records and 10 staff records were reviewed.
