Inspector Notes

Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Subsidy Inspection on May 23, 2024. There was one 15 month old child present under the direct care of the Provider. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 household/staff record, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
