An announced, on-site initial subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 7/23/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:00pm and ended at 4:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 caregiver record on-site. This inspection included documents review, tour of the facility, interview.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
