Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted Thursday, December 8, 2022 from approximately 9:00 AM until 10:10 AM to determine the provider's compliance with the licensing standards. There were 10 children in care totaling 26pts with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector observed the children playing with various age appropriate toys, dancing to music, and preparing for snack. All areas used for child care were inspected. The family day home has age appropriate materials and equipment. The provider interacted with the children in a positive manner. The home's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. The provider had all required information posted to include the License, last inspection notice, emergency phone numbers, and menu. Medication is not being administered at this time. The provider does not provide transportation. The most recent evacuation drill was conducted on 11/21/2022, shelter in place drills were conducted 6/11/2022, and 10/24/2022, and lockdown drill was conducted 10/24/2022.
