During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on January 30, 2025 and completed on January 30, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:02am and ended at 10:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were ten children present and two caregivers; the point total was 26. The inspector reviewed five children?s records, three caregiver/household member(s) records, and two pet records on-site.
This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-460-D
The provider must maintain documentation of the current rabies vaccination for pets or animals present at the home.

Pet A's vaccination record is overdue by one year and eleven months. Pet B's vaccination record is overdue by one year and nine months.
Plan of Correction: Will provide updated vaccination records for both pets.
Standard 8VAC20-800-690-D
The diapering surface must be nonabsorbent and washable.

The diaper changing pad had a one inch tear.
Plan of Correction: Will replace the diaper changing pad with the tear.
