Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused code compliance inspection was initiated on 3/26/2026 and completed on 3/26/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:25am and ended at 12:35pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The Department issued a Notice of
Intent to revoke the exemption which had been granted to Cornerstone Ministries of Virginia, Inc. to operate Cornerstone Tender Care, LLC on November 21, 2025, as a result of high-risk violations. There were 50 children present with 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included tour of the facility, document review, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
