Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on-site 01/30/2023 and concluded with a record review inspection at the administrative office on 01/31/2023. There were 25 children, ages 2 years-4 years, 4 staff providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in the following activities: finishing breakfast, brushing teeth, in circle time, in learning activities and going outside to play. A total of 5 children?s records, 4 staff records and 2 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00 am and departed at 10:50 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
