Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-560-J
Based on observation and staff interviews, the center failed to ensure that tables shall be sanitized before and after each use for feeding.

Evidence: The tables in class EHS 2 were not sanitized before lunch. Children were observed rolling cars and placing various books and toys on the table right before the tables were used for lunch. Staff 1 stated the tables are only sanitized after meals and snacks.
Plan of Correction: Will review with the staff and will add to the September staff meeting agenda.
