An announced, on-site initial subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on December 15, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:45pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interview, observations, and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
