During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on March 18, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at 11am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and one caregiver record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the (monitoring/renewal) inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in voluntary registration standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the family day home, inside and outside, shall be maintained
in a safe and operable condition. Unsafe conditions shall include chipped or peeling paint. Areas near the front door and windows have peeling paint.
Plan of Correction: The provider?s plan of correction: The provider will look at the type of paint used to see if it is lead paint and also make necessary repairs to the paint.
