Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/13/22 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm with the provider and one assistant. There were six children in care, ranging in age from 12-months to four-years-old, for a total of 15 points. Children were observed napping, waking and using the restroom, washing hands, and eating afternoon snack. Four child records, two assistant records, and the provider?s record were reviewed. The provider and both assistants have current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reported that there was no medication on site for children, but she does have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Snack served was graham crackers, cucumbers, and water. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
