Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 2/6/23 from 9:40am to 11:40am in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two caregiver records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and Health & Safety Update Training as well as current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 5/24/22.
