Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/17/23 from 9:45am to 11:00am with the provider who was present with one assistant. There were eight children in care, ranging in age from two-years to four-years-old, for a total of 16 points. Children were observed practicing writing their letters, doing ?Q? and ?R? worksheets, putting puzzles together, having diapers changed, washing hands, eating a snack, and playing outside. Three child records, one household member record, and three caregiver records were reviewed. The provider and one assistant have current certification in CPR and First Aid. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and the provider and one assistant have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Snack served was bananas, animal crackers, and water. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
