Inspector Notes

An announced non mandated inspection was conducted on 8/3/23 from 2Pm to 2:30 pm with the director. The inspection was the result of the center wanting to use two new modular buildings. An inspection and measurement of the two spaces were conducted. Immediate send your Licensing Inspector the completed Certificate of Occupancy and the Health Inspection for the two buildings. Not until Licensing has obtained and reviewed the requested information from both agencies can an approval to open those two new spaces be granted.
