Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 16th, 2022. There were 12 children present (33 points) with 2 caregivers. The home, attendance logs, evacuation logs, cribs, bottles, diaper creams, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, first aid kits, and menu's were reviewed. The children were observed playing with floor toys, working on their alphabets and two children were sleeping. Area's of non-compliance were cited on violation notice.
