Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023. There were 8 children present (22 points) with 2 caregivers supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, evacuation logs, attendance logs, menu's cribs, bottles and first aid kits were reviewed. The children's were observed napping and playing with floor toys. Areas on non-compliance were cited on the Violation Notice.
