Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/11/2024 and concluded on 4/11/2024. There were 13 children present with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child's records and four staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 09:15 am and concluded at 10:15 pm.
