Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/16/2024 and completed on 01/10/2025 with local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/02/2024 relating to allegations of forbidden action. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff record on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 11/06/2024 and 12/02/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
