Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/11/2023, from 11:40AM to 12:10PM. 12 children (24pts) were directly supervised by 3 caregivers and the Provider. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, 3 children?s records, 1 new caregiver record, evacuation drills, attendance and the menu were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing outside, preparing for nap time, engaging with the caregivers and interacting with each other. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
