Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/15/22. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children (34 points) present with 3 staff supervising. A walk through of the family day home was conducted. The children were observed napping in cribs and cots. There were no medications on site. Infant bottles, children's equipment and daycare documents were reviewed. 3 children's records and 3 caregiver's records were reviewed.
