Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 06/29/2022. The inspector was on site from 9:15am until 10:15am.
There were 6 children, ages four to ten years old present under the supervision of one staff member. The provider had a total of 5 pts total in care. Children were observed during free play as the inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed two children's files, one staff record and one household member record.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations were sited to the program.
