Inspector Notes
A complaint was received in the licensing office on October 19, 2022 regarding care and supervision of children. On October 21, 2022 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. Areas inspected for compliance included administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming and special care and emergencies. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid. No Violations were issued.
