Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 13, 2021 and concluded on May 13, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. A virtual inspection was conducted beginning at 11:35 a.m. There were 45 children present ages 4 months to 8 years of age under the care and supervision of 8 staff. The outdoor play areas were observed. Lunch today was chicken nuggets, green beans, mixed fruit and milk.The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed four children?s records and four staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Emergency drills were up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
