Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint Inspection was conducted on in response to a complaint regarding supervision of children (care, protection, and guidance). The investigation was initiated on October 6, 2022 with a site inspection beginning at 10:43 AM and ending at 12:50 PM. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. Documentation was reviewed. An exiut meeting was conducted with the director and the investigation was concluded on October 12, 2022. Due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations the complaint was determined to be invalid.
