Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on February 14, 2024, beginning at 11:55 a.m. and ending at 1:49 p.m. There were 44 children, ages 4 months through 5 years old, in the direct care of 10 staff members. Children were observed laying and sleeping on cots during nap time. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Nine medications and four allergy plans were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 1/24/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 8/28/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 7/21/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated 8/8/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 8/14/2023.
