Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/16/2023 at approximately 12:05pm and concluded on 11/16/2023 at approximately 1:05pm. There were a total of 36 children with 5 staff members present. Children were observed during outdoor playtime, engaged in group activities and preparing for nap time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
