Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 8:50am and 9:40am. There were 6 children present with the assistant caregiver for a total of 14 points within the supervision guidelines; the provider was not home during todays inspection. The children were observed eating breakfast and playing freely. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Based on record review and interview, caregivers have not obtained a minimum of 16 hours of training in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.
