Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 8:50am and 9:40am. There were 6 children present with the assistant caregiver for a total of 14 points within the supervision guidelines; the provider was not home during todays inspection. The children were observed eating breakfast and playing freely. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 4. Caregiver #2 confirmed that the parents of the above children have not yet reviewed or updated the children's records.
Evidence: Child #2 record does not contain the families medical insurance information and policy number.
Evidence: An unlabeled diaper cream was observed sitting next to the diaper changing table. Caregiver #2 stated that the diaper cream belonged to Child #2 and was not labeled with their name.
