Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was conducted September 29, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 12:00pm until 2:00pm. There were 19 children present, ranging in ages from two to nine years, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
