Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/28/22 which consisted of a review of record keeping and concluded on 1/31/22 with a virtual inspection at the center.

There were 65 children present with 13 staff providing supervision during the classroom inspection, The children ranged in age from 4 months to 6 years.

The file review consisted of three staff, one board officer and two children's files.

Information gathered during the inspection determined one violation with applicable standards or law. The violation can be viewed on the violation notice issued to the center.

Based on a review of the escape drill log and interview, it was determined that the center is not conducting monthly escape drills.
Evidence:
There were no escape drills for April, August or October 2021.
Plan of Correction: We will remember to conduct and document monthly escape drills.
