Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with ninety-six children and eighteen staff. The inspection took place from 11:05 am to 1:25 pm. The ages of the children ranged from 4 months to 6 years of age.
Reviewed the posted allergy/sensitivity/dietary restriction list with staff during the walkthrough of the center and later with the administrative staff.
Ten children had medications on site, these medications were reviewed during this inspection. Seven staff and six children's files were reviewed.
The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/22/22 and the heath inspection was dated 9/14/22.
There were no violations issued.
