Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 30, 2025 and completed on February 2, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 24, 2025 relating to allegations of staffing/supervision and programs. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records on-site on December 30, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
