Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection conducted on 10/11/2022. There were 29 children, ages 6 weeks-4 years and 9 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications for children were observed during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 5 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time and active time on the playground. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:57am and departed the center at 11:13am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
