Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on March 13, 2024. There were 43 children, ages 8 months through 5 years old and 8 staff staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Licensing Inspector review 3 children's records and 4 staff records. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:49 AM and departed the center at 11:55 AM.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
