An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 06/21/2023 and concluded 06/26/2023. The inspector and two outside partner agencies conducted a joint inspection on 06/21/2023. Three staff interviews were conducted. Licensing staff conducted one additional staff interview on 6/26/2023. Information gathered during the inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
