Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/21/2024 and completed on 8/21/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:23AM and ended at 12:20PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 23 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included ? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

For each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Licensing inspector observed in Classroom A 10 children in care and only 9 children were marked as present on the attendance during the inspection on 8/21/2024. Licensing inspector observed in Classroom D 9 children in care and only 8 children were marked as present on the attendance during the inspection on 8/21/2024.
Plan of Correction: Provider marked all children present.
