An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/23/2025 and completed on 10/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:15AM and ended at 1:18PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 57 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records on site on 10/23/2025 and 4 staff records on 10/2/2025. Medication was reviewed on site 10/23/2025.
