Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/19/2025 and completed on 02/19/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 09:48am and ended at 10:50am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and one caregiver; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one caregiver record on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
