Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:00 am and 11:20 am. There were no children present. A complete inspection in the areas of administration, physical plant, nutrition, fire drill log, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
