Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm. There was 1 child, a total of two points directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records, 1 child?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today.

Child was observed sleeping. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on household records, 3 out 3 records, the provider did not obtain for each adult household member have a current Tuberculosis Screening every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
Evidence:
1. Household member #1 Tuberculosis Screening expired on 5/07/2023.
Plan of Correction: I will schedule appointment and send Licensing results once received.
