An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 13, 2024 and completed on December 18, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:40 pm and ended at 1:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 7. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on December 13, 2024.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
