An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on August 26, 2025 and completed on August 28, 2025.The on-site inspection began at 11:40 am and ended at 12:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on August 26, 2025.
