During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 4/28/25 as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
