In each grouping of children at least one staff member who meets the qualifications of a program leader or program director is required to be regularly present.
On 11/17/25 Staff #2 was observed in the Infant classroom from approximately 2:35pm until 4:20pm. Staff #1 was also in the classroom from approximately 2:35pm until they transitioned to another classroom shortly after. Record review revealed that neither Staff #1 nor Staff #2 meets program leader qualifications.

The center is required to ensure all staff who work with children are informed of children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.
During the inspection the Licensing Inspector asked Staff #1 and Staff #2 in the infant classroom if any children in the class had food allergies. The staff reported there were no allergies in the classroom. Interview with other staff revealed that there was a child present in the infant room who has a diagnosed food allergy.

At least one staff in each classroom or area where children are present is required to have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children in care. The training is required to include an in-person competency demonstration.
Staff #1 and Staff #2 were observed in the Infant classroom during the inspection on 11/17/25. Record review and interview revealed that the CPR certificates on record for the staff members were from an online-only class and did not include an in-person competency demonstration.

(Repeat Violation) The center is required to maintain and keep at the center a separate record for each child enrolled that contains all of the required information.
