During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 12/16/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:20am and ended at 12:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and eight staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
