Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/2/26. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to Deny Renewal of the License on January 15, 2026, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and eight staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
