Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on October 17, 2024 and completed on October 17, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:33 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 117 children present and 25 staff supervision and 3 administrative staff on site. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
