Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on February 4, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:03 am and ended at 1:11 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 126 children present and 28 staff including administrative staff. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s records and 9 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
