Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/25/2024.There were 44 children present with 6 staff supervising. The children were observed during outside time. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:15 am and concluded at 10:15 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of documentation and staff interview the center did not ensure shelter in place procedures shall be practiced a minimum of twice per year.
Evidence: Staff confirmed they did not conduct 2 shelter in place drills in 2023.
Plan of Correction: Center will conduct 2 shelter in place drills in 2024.
