Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm-1:40pm. There were 12 children for a total of 31 points directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 2 newly enrolled children?s records, 1household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today as the Provider is not MAT certified. Children were observed napping and 2 children were reading books with a caregiver. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. There were no areas of non-compliance identified in this Inspection.
